What are we tackling?

Diversity and collaboration play a central role in innovation processes. By exchanging ideas, discussing and working as a team on a common vision, new ideas can emerge. For this purpose, we create an innovation framework and outline paths to break new ground.  

Our approach is based on three pillars: 

Developing an entrepreneurial mindset - Together we want to overcome the barriers of everyday thinking and question existing patterns. To do this, we want to develop an understanding of an entrepreneurial mindset that is sustainably inspiring. 

Innovations are always company-specific and context-related. It is therefore important to develop, structure and evaluate specific innovation ideas using creative innovation design methods. 

Based on the evaluated ideas, we develop actionable and concrete next steps for implementation. 

How do we proceed? 

We have all learned that digital platforms also enable us to work collaboratively. That's why we propose a two-day, refreshing remote workshop in which we work on your ideas with virtual whiteboards. You want to immerse yourself completely in virtual reality? With our partners we also facilitate a Metaverse experience for your workshop.

If the circumstances fit, we are happy to visit you in person and conduct workshops at your premises. But often a different environment can also help to question current structures and promotes the development of new ideas. For this, we are also happy to invite you to one of our (partner) locations. A network of creative locations is available to us throughout Germany for this purpose.
